Rooted Together is a community‑led organization committed to strengthening the wellbeing, safety, and resilience of immigrant families in San Mateo County. We believe that when historically underserved communities have access to equitable support, trusted relationships, and culturally grounded care, our entire county becomes stronger — and more rooted together.
Every day, families in our community face barriers created by immigration enforcement, economic instability, and systems that were not built with them in mind. Rooted Together exists to change that. We mobilize neighbors, advocates, and directly impacted leaders to ensure that no one faces detention, deportation, or crisis alone.
Our work is guided by a simple truth: when we invest in the people most impacted, we build a future where everyone can thrive.
